KBO odds, picks, lines, predictions, schedule, best bets for May 12: This three-way parlay pays over 3-1

The Lotte Giants have stormed out of the gate, winning each of their first five games of the 2020 Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) season. They look to remain unbeaten when they host the Doosan Bears on Tuesday for the opener of their three-game series. The Kiwoom Heroes (5-1), who will host the Samsung Lions, and NC Dinos (4-1), who will take on the visiting KT Wiz, also have gotten off to strong starts as the KBO continues to play without fans in attendance. A total of five series get underway Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. ET.

The latest KBO odds from William Hill have the Bears as the -190 (risk $190 to return $100) favorites against the Giants, the Heroes at -190 against the Lions, the Dinos at -145 against the Wiz, the Kia Tigers at -160 against the Hanwha Eagles and the SK Wyverns at -125 against the LG Twins. Before locking in any KBO picks for Tuesday’s games, be sure to see the Korean baseball best bets from SportsLine data engineer Mike McClure, who has hit 10 of his last 15 picks.

Recognized in the book “Fantasy Football (and Baseball) for Smart People: How to Turn your hobby into a Fortune” as a top Daily Fantasy Baseball Player, McClure has won almost $2 million in daily Fantasy sports. And in 2016, McClure launched the wOBA Projection Model for MLB picks, which has returned $2,300 to $100 bettors. If anybody knows how to spot value in baseball lines, it’s him.

Now, he’s turned his attention to the Korean Baseball Organization and has locked in three strong picks for Tuesday. Parlaying his three selections would pay out over 3-1. You can only see them here

Top Korea Baseball predictions for May 12

One of McClure’s top KBO picks for Tuesday: He’s backing the Heroes (-190) to continue their impressive start and defeat the Lions.

Kiwoom enters this series after sweeping a three-game set at home against Hanwha. Seo Keon-chang and Lim Byeong-wuk each drove in two runs during Sunday’s 6-3 triumph while Lee Ji-young went 2-for-4 and scored twice. Park Byung-ho has gone deep twice just a week into the season after hitting at least 31 home runs each of his last six campaigns while Lee Jung-hoo, who also has two homers, is among the league leaders with six RBIs.

“This is a pretty big number, yet the Heroes are undervalued according to my simulations,” McClure told SportsLine. “The Heroes will provide more than enough run support for Eric Jokisch to pick up the win.”
