WWE Money in the Bank 2020 odds: Picks, predictions from proven wrestling insider who nailed two Royal Rumbles

Every year, WWE Money in the Bank is one of the most exciting pay-per-views on the schedule. On Sunday, May 10, the world’s largest sports entertainment company will hold the annual event without fans as the coronavirus pandemic rages on. In order to punch up the production, the promotion will host the men’s and women’s ladder matches with championship contracts on the line on the roof of WWE’s headquarters in Stamford.

Shayna Baszler is the +150 favorite in the 2020 Money in the Bank odds on the women’s side, while A.J. Styles is the even-money favorite for the men. In the three individual title matches, Braun Strowman (champion) and Bray Wyatt are a pick’em at -120 for the WWE Universal Championship, Drew McIntyre is a -550 favorite over Seth Rollins (+350) for the WWE Championship, and Bayley is a -400 favorite to keep the strap over Tamina (+300) in the latest 2020 Money in the Bank odds. Before making any 2020 Money in the Bank picks on those matches or any others, be sure to see the latest WWE predictions from proven pro wrestling handicapper Adam Silverstein.

Silverstein has been covering the WWE for CBS Sports since 2015. In 2018, he nailed the winners of each Royal Rumble: Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura. He followed that up with another sweep in 2019, calling Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch to win. More recently, Silverstein went 10-3 on plays and leans at WrestleMania 36, and anyone who followed his lead is up big.

Now, he has turned his attention to the 2020 Money in the Bank card and locked in strong WWE picks. Head here to see them

Top 2020 Money in the Bank predictions

Silverstein is backing New Day (+150) to come out on top in the Fatal Four-Way match for the SmackDown Tag Team titles as they take on Forgotten Sons (+300), Lucha House Party (+450) and John Morrison & The Miz (+200). Kofi Kingston and Big E of New Day are record eight-time tag-team champions after winning the titles on an April 17 episode of SmackDown. Considering their last title reign lasted 111 days, this would be a pretty quick title drop if the belts were to change hands.

“An immediate flip back to Miz & Morrison would make little sense for the titles to have changed in the first place, while the Forgotten Sons are too green to carry the straps,” Silverstein told SportsLine. “By process of elimination, that leaves New Day to retain the titles or Lucha House Party to win them for the first time. While the odds for Lucha House Party are enticing at +450, New Day makes more sense here and they’re still delivering a solid payout at +150.”
